Let Children Live: global campaign to save Palestinian children

05 September 2025

A global campaign led by Save the Children and Amnesty International is calling for urgent action to protect the lives and rights of 2.38 million Palestinian children living under Israel’s unlawful occupation and blockade.

Of the 2.38 million Palestinian children alive, the Palestinian authorities have provided Amnesty International and Save the Children International with 1.2 million names. The aim of Let Children Live is to have each name carried and honoured by someone across the world, amplifying the call to protect children’s lives and futures.

What you can do

  • Register: register via the campaign site www.letchildrenlive.com. When you register, you will receive a unique child’s name and age, plus a social asset and printable poster.
  • Join the Global Day of Action on Sunday 14 September: where every participant carries the name of a child at rallies being held around the country.
  • Share: promote the action amongst your own networks to register and attend the Global Day of Action.

The goal is to come together globally the Saturday before the UN General Assembly deadline on 18 September for Israel to end its unlawful occupation.
